Matthew Forrester’s passion for real estate began long before it became his career. Raised by a dad who loved landscaping and a grandmother who adored touring homes, he grew up appreciating curb appeal, craftsmanship, and the stories behind every front door. Many weekends were spent caring for the yard or attending local home tours with his grandma—experiences that shaped his lasting love for real estate.

At just 22, Matthew purchased his first home, becoming one of the first among his friends and family to do so. Since then, he has personally bought four homes and sold three, giving him valuable firsthand insight into both sides of the process. He understands the excitement, nerves, and important details involved—because he’s been there. Even before entering the industry, he was already helping friends and family navigate their purchases.

With over 22 years of customer service experience and 12 years in sales, Matthew combines relationship-focused service with strong negotiation skills. He’s committed to making each transaction smooth, informed, and even enjoyable, ensuring his clients feel confident every step of the way.
